We Do Things Differently
At Recollect, we employ a straightforward grading scale from A to D to assess the condition of our handbags, ensuring transparency and clarity for our clients. Each bag is meticulously evaluated and assigned a grade that reflects its overall state, from "A" for excellent condition to "D" for items showing significant signs of wear. This system helps you understand exactly what to expect from each purchase.
S (New or Like New)
This grade is given to items that are in mint condition and show no signs of wear. They may still have tags attached or have been purchased but never used.
A (Excellent)
Items are in excellent condition with very minimal wear. They usually have clean interior and only slight signs of use on exterior.
AB (Very Good)
These items have slight signs of wear but are still in very good condition. They may have minor scratches, slight discoloration.
B (Good)
Items are in good condition but show moderate signs of wear. They might have noticeable scratches, stains, or other marks. Leather may patina.
C (Fair)
These handbags show obvious signs of use such as heavy stains, scratches, or discoloration. The functionality is not impaired, but they are clearly used.
D (As Is)
Bags in this category are in poor condition with severe signs of wear and damage. They may need repair to be fully functional.
